Shipping Domestic

Due to the coronavirus pandemic, Royal Mail parcels are taking up to 10 days to be delivered. We still aim to hand make, pack and despatch your parcel within 3 days, but it may take a little longer to be delivered to you.

All our packs are sent out by Royal Mail Tracked, you will receive a text or email notification from Royal Mail with information on your tracking number. We aim to ship within 2-3 days but during busy periods like Christmas we aim to ship within 5-7 days. If you need your order urgently please email us with your order number to hello@beeswaxwraps.co.uk.

 

Shipping Internationally

Returns

If for any reason you are not happy with your wraps please contact us within 30 days of purchasing them and we will happily replace them for you. We can only refund wraps if they are unopened, we will refund the price of the wraps excluding delivery.

Missing Delivery

If you have not received your order please follow the instructions in the text message or email your received from Royal Mail. If you have not received any communication from Royal Mail please contact us at hello@beeswaxwraps.co.uk letting us know your order number.
